Shipping policy
Pre Shipment Artwork approval: Almost all orders are custom made and in most cases we will require your approval of the artwork that will be customized. We will provide the artwork generally within 1-2 business days and will request that this be reviewed immediately and approved or if any edits are required to let us know immediately for a timely processing.
Pre Shipment Customization process: Once the artwork is approved we will process the customization. These timelines vary depending on the amount of work, quantities etc. as described on the product page.
Shipping transit time: Most US shipping takes 1-5 days and depends on the mode of shipping requested. Most packages carry shipping insurance during transit. As soon as the package ships, you will receive an automatic notification via the email provided along with the tracking number. In rare cases, shipping carriers may have delays beyond our control.
Receiving packages: We will ship the package to the address provided. Please ensure that you retrieve the package as soon as it arrives at your location. In the event shipping carriers misdeliver the package to a wrong address, we will request that you contact the shipping company while we also do this from our side.
Damages by shipping companies: It is extremely important that if you notice the package has any visible damages, you should take pictures of the package with the damage visible in the pictures before you open the package and send them to us. Without this we will not be able to claim insurance from the shipping company and will not be able to help you further. This should be done within 1 business day of delivery of the package. Once you open the package please inspect the contents for any damages. In most cases the packaging and padding that we provide should protect the items however if the damage is extensive and the product has suffered any damage, please send us the pictures of the damaged products for us to claim the insurance.
Loss or Theft: If the shipping company claims that they have delivered and have provided proof of delivery at your address and the package is missing, you will need to contact your law enforcement office and report theft. Unfortunately we will not be able to help you in this case. However we will provide any details to support you to file a case with the law enforcement office. We encourage you to check with household members if someone may have already taken it into your property or in some cases neighbors who may be trying to help you.
