The trainees who finish the course successfully are given the option of working at the unit for a few years or to pursue an entrepreneurial path. More than 50 young women have actually chosen to start their own businesses by setting up their own tailoring units in nearby villages, emphasizing the organization's motto of earn while you learn. So far, more than 300 women have been trained.
